What Is Cosmetics Direct?
Cosmetics Direct is FDA's portal for facility registration and product listing under MoCRA. Facilities that manufacture or process cosmetic products for US distribution must register, and Responsible Persons must list products. See MoCRA facility registration for context.
Creating an Account
Go to FDA's Cosmetics Direct portal and create an account. Use a business email and establish login credentials. Facilities and Responsible Persons may need separate accounts depending on your role.
Facility Registration Steps
Log in, select facility registration, and enter facility details (name, address, DUNS), product categories, and contact information. Submit and retain your confirmation. Registration must be renewed biennially.
